Research Unit
Research unit is a unit that works for development of the company through designing and implementation of the insurance research and studies. The people gathered in this unit have history of conducting research and are among instructors of research methodology workshops. This unit is responsible for designing research plans, studying received plans, approving and supervising over implementation of plans. Accordance of the plans with research methodology and standardization of the studies are the most important tasks of this unit.

Objectives of the Unit
- Implementing applied research plans to identify the needs of insurance customers.
- Implementation of applied research and study plans for designing insurance packages.
- Implementation of applied research and study plans in the field of expenses and the ways for their control.
- Implementation of applied research and study plans in the field of expanding company's services and quality control of these services.

Description of Duties
The duties of this unit in the scope of research include study, confirmation, and supervision over good performance of research works. Confirmation of the received plans are made in the research council of the unit and after confirmation, the council may also supervise over implementation of the plans. Also standardization of the studies and preparing comprehensive research and study rules are among the duties of research unit. This unit is able to help all people who decide to study and research and may provide them with consultancy for preparing proposal, advise for implementation, and statistical consultancy for the plans.

The Creational Philosophy of the Unit
This unit has formed with the aim of conducting research in the field of insurance and expansion of the scope of activity.

Training Unit
With regard to the importance of education in the systems and making desired and permanent changes in the people of the headquarter, it seems that some changes should be made in traditional trainings and attention should be paid to changing the training. Training the employees in headquarter should vary in accordance with their needs. Among the most important objectives of changing the training are:
- Increasing the degree of accordance between structure, processes, strategy, individuals and culture.
